UI/UX Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Webyansh, you'll create intuitive and visually appealing digital experiences that meet both user needs and business objectives. You'll conduct user research, create wireframes, prototypes, and final designs that enhance user satisfaction and drive conversion.

Responsibilities

• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions
• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs
• Develop UI component systems and style guides for consistent experiences
• Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation
• Present and explain design concepts to clients and stakeholders
• Continuously optimize designs based on user feedback and analytics
• Stay current with UX/UI trends, tools, and best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design for web and mobile interfaces
• Proficiency in Figma, Relume, or similar design tools
• Strong portfolio demonstrating problem-solving through design
• Experience conducting user research and usability testing
• Understanding of accessibility standards and responsive design principles
• Excellent visual design skills with strong attention to typography, layout, and color
• Knowledge of current design systems and component-based design
• Ability to communicate design decisions effectively

Nice to Have

• Experience working directly with Webflow
• Knowledge of basic HTML/CSS
• Experience with animation and micro-interactions
• Understanding of conversion rate optimization
